Currently, Jay sits on the Boards of EverSafe and Ping MD.
Mr. Goldberg is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
He is also a Trustee of the Arbitrage Fund and the Faculty of Arts and Sciences of New York University.
Jay has been on the Board of Trustees of the Montefiore Medical Center, and is the past Chairman of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation and former Treasurer and member of the Board of Governors of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Jay, an avid golfer, holds a B. A. degree from New York University and resides in New York City with his family.
