Prof Jane Aaron, Professor in English Studies at the Faculty of Business and Society, has recently been elected as a Fellow of the Learned Society of Wales.

As part of the annual celebrations to mark International Women's Day and to commemorate Ursula Masson, founder of the Centre for Gender Studies in Wales, Professor Jane Aaron will be delivering the 2012 Ursula Masson Memorial Lecture entitled "The Witch as Heroine in Welsh Gothic" held on 8th March at the University's ATRiuM campus.
