Jana J. Davis is Senior Vice President -Corporate Affairs of Nashville, Tennessee-based HCA, the nation's leading provider of healthcare services.
Her responsibilities include all corporate communications, marketing management, community relations, diversity and inclusion, HCA Hope Fund and HCA Foundation at HCA.
Davis joined the company in November 1997 as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing, a position she held until her recent appointment in February 2011.
She joined HCA from Burson-Marsteller, where she was a Managing Director for Crisis and served as Corporate Practice Chair for Latin American operations.
Davis also held a number of Public Affairs positions in the George H.W. Bush and Reagan Administrations.
Davis is a member of a number of professional organizations, including chair of the Public Relations Committee for the Federation of American Hospitals and the D.C. Bar.
She currently serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations including the Board of Directors of the HCA Foundation, The HCA Hope Fund, Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art, Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee, The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, The Development Council of the Frist Center for the Visual Arts and Teach for America.

Born in New York and raised in North Carolina, Davis received a bachelor's degree in English from Sweet Briar College and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University.
