James "Woody" Woodall
Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller
James "Woody" Woodall serves as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for Fidelity National Information Services and is responsible for managing all accounting functions of the company including accounting policy, internal and external financial reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
performs financial and accounting diligence on potential acquisitions as well as other executive finance functions.
Woodall began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and brings to FIS more than 16 years of accounting, audit, SEC reporting, compliance and finance experience.
Prior to joining FIS, Woodall served as executive director, assistant corporate controller for BellSouth Corporation and regional controller for AT&T's southeastern operations.
Woodall holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Troy State University and served on the business advisory council of the University.
