The parents of an Indian Lane Elementary School first-grader are asking the state to investigate claims that their son was bullied by Rose Tree Media Schools Superintendent James Wigo.

MIDDLETOWN >> The parents of a first-grader at Indian Lane Elementary School have filed an educator misconduct complaint with the Pennsylvania Department of Education against Rose Tree Media School District Superintendent Jim Wigo regarding an alleged encounter last month between the administrator and their son.
Don and Nancy Nicely submitted the document to the state due to what they perceived as a lack of response to their repeated inquiries to Wigo
and the Rose Tree Media School Board.
