Earlier in his career, Mr. Prenetta was an associate and Partner in the corporate and securities group at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, New York, New York, and was an associate at the New York law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon.
Mr. Prenetta received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut, and his J.D. from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C, where he also received a special certification in communications law and policy.
