In addition, James R. Huling, chief operating officer of Longfellow since May 2012, will be named TransAtlantic's chief operating officer.
Huling has 30 years of experience in reservoir engineering, drilling and completion operations, and production optimization.
Delahunty plans to start his
own oil and gas company, but will continue to be employed by TransAtlantic
in an advisory capacity for a brief transition period.
Dutton and Huling
will continue to have management responsibilities within Longfellow
, which will be delineated in the coming months.
