Start: As a road manager and front-of-house engineer.
From 1995 - 2000, he
road-managed Jars of Clay, Susan Ashton, Third Day, Audio Adrenaline, Phil Keaggy, Geoff Moore, Out of the Grey, and more.
time on the road gave him a full perspective of artist life and operations, including working with radio, retail, labels, management and promoters.
Since then, James
has managed True Vibe, Thousand Foot Krutch, Chris August, and many more.
