"Despite all our efforts, we are unable to reach an agreement on the terms of a transaction with Vitol that would meet our requirements," admitted Mr. James Edmiston, managing director of Harvest HNR, in a statement released on 12 November. Unfazed by the second rejection, he said he expected to find other investors in the coming days, especially given the significant crude oil potential within Gabon.
