Quartararo, Esq., Of Counsel Mr. Quartararo is a former General Counsel to Union Carbide Corp, a former legal Counsel to Dutchess County Legislature, a former Governor at Hudson Valley Psychiatric Center, a former member of the Dutchess County Legislature, State Republican Committee, the Ethics Committee of the Dutchess County Bar Association as well as former Vice President of the Dutchess County Bar Association and former Chairman of the Mental Health Board of Dutchess County.

QUARTARARO was born and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York.He received a B.S. from Norwich University in 1951 and was a member of the National Honorary Fraternity while at that University.He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1956 and was admitted to the Bar in the State of Illinois in 1957, while a member of the firm of Soanes, Anderson, Ludeka and Fitch in Chicago.He was a member of the general counsel staff of Union Carbide Corporation in New York City until 1959.He was admitted to the Bar of New York State in 1959. Mr. Quartararo is a Korean War Veteran. Mr. Quartararo was a former Vice President of the Dutchess County Bar Association.He was a member of the Governor's Advisory Committee for the selection of Judges and a former New York State Republican Committeeman. Mr. Quartararo was a former Director of the Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Dutchess County Mental Health Board, Director of the Dutchess County Board of Health, President and Director of the Rehabilitation Programs, Director of the Kildonan School, Trustee of St. George's School, Dutchess Day School, and member of the Board of Governors of the Millbrook Golf and Tennis Club. Mr. Quartararo also served on the original Dutchess County Board of Supervisors, and was an attorney to the Dutchess County Legislature.He was a Director of the Poughkeepsie Parking Authority and on the Board of Governors of the Hudson Valley Psychiatric Center. Mr. Quartararo specializes in banking, real estate and government contract work.

The tournament saw some of the fiercest hockey of the year and all of the Millbrook players stepped up to the challenge and completed the Championship run as a team. The Pee Wee Team will now represent New York State in the Regional Tournament in Lewiston Maine. Jack Quartararo As soon as the puck was dropped, Millbrook took it to Andover with Matthew Tofte scoring the first goal of the tournament assisted by Jack Quartararo.Jack Quartararo scored on a goal assisted by Nick Shepheard before Matthew Tofte scored two goals (one assisted by Jack Quartararo and the other unassisted).Jack Quartararo scored on a goal assisted by Nick Shepheard before Matthew Tofte scored two goals (one assisted by Jack Quartararo and the other unassisted).Adam Lucas scored on a goal assisted by Matthew Tofte, Jack Quartararo scored his second goal assisted by Nick Shepheard, and Nick Dimarco scored his third and fourth goals (one unassisted, the other assisted by Matthew Tofte and James Jakuba).Jack Quartararo got in on the act before Wyatt Belotti scored 2 goals assisted by Neil Howland.Nick Shepheard started the second period off quick for Millbrook with two goals both assisted by Jack Quartararo and Brendan Behan.This time however, Jack Quartararo was able to score thirty seconds later to tie the game up a one and take some of the wind out of the other team's sails.A mere 30 seconds later, Matthew Tofte put away a pass by Jack Quartararo to put Millbrook up 8-6.After a few nice plays by Salisbury to try to tie the game, Jack Quartararo turned them aside with very nice work between the pipes. The Mariners did all they could to try to get the puck out of their end so they could try to shoot on Millbrook's goalie Jack Quartararo.This was a game that Jack was able to relax slightly as Millbrook put on a display by scoring the first 7 goals by the end of 2 periods.James Jakuba had his hat trick goal assisted by Jack Quartararo, Adam Lucas scored an unassisted goal and Jack Quartararo had a goal assisted by Nick Shepheard.James Jakuba had his hat trick goal assisted by Jack Quartararo, Adam Lucas scored an unassisted goal and Jack Quartararo had a goal assisted by Nick Shepheard.Whatever they discussed must have worked as Jack Quartararo played a great 2nd period collecting a hat trick scoring all three of Millbrook's goals that were assisted by Adam Lucas, and Colin Tardio.Neil Howland and Jack Quartararo added two goals apiece, while assists were made by Nick DiMarco, Adam Lucas and JD Weiland.A hat trick by Jack Quartararo was all that was needed, but Millbrook was able to see Wyatt Belotti score his first two goals of the season while Neil Howland, Nick Shepheard and JD Wieland had goals of their own.The teamwork was infectious as Jack and JD also had two assists, while Matthew Tofte had his own helper.Not wanting to mess with success, Jack Quartararo started in goal and was again excellent.By the time the third period began, Millbrook focused on keeping the puck out of their defensive zone, and were successful giving Jack his second shutout in as many games, winning by a score of 4-0. There was plenty of good work by Millbrook as Adam Lucas had 2 assists, while Nick Dimarco, James Jakuba, Jack Quartararo, Nick Shepheard and JD Weiland each had one apiece.Already shorthanded without Neil Howland, Colin Tardio and Jack Quartararo, Saugerties jumped out to a lead early in the first period.Connor Wolley scored a nice unassisted goal and the Nick Shepheard scored a power play goal that was assisted by Jack Quartararo.Jack Quartararo scored on a hard working goal assisted by Matthew Tofte and James Jakuba scored another great goal assisted by Nick Shepheard.Unlike earlier in the day, Millbrook was able to continue to score consistently throughout the game putting up another 2 goals in the second period; by Jack Quartararo assisted by Nick Shepheard and another unassisted tally.To start the third period, Nick Dimarco again worked hard and scored another unassisted goal before Jack Quartararo got his third goal of the game on a beautiful goal assisted by JD Wieland.Jack Quartararo scored an unassisted goal and then followed that up with a goal assisted by Brendan Behan.Jack Quartararo scored his hat trick goal unassisted and gave a wink to his grandmother who was there to see him in the stands.That first goal started Millbrook on their way as Neil Howland scored a goal assisted by Adam Lucas made it two nothing before Jack Quartararo scored and unassisted goal and Adam Lucas scored a goal assisted by Neil Howland and Matthew Tofte.The second period started the same as the previous as Neil Howland and Jack Quartararo scored unassisted goals before Nick Shepheard scored assisted by Neil Howland and Neil Howland had his hat trick goal assisted by Adam Lucas.Playing another strong game, Wyatt Belotti scored unassisted and Jack Quartararo had his hat trick goal assisted by Neil Howland.Wyatt scored his second unassisted goal of the game before Brendan Behan scored a hard working goal assisted by Jack Quartararo.Millbrook continued to press hard for the go ahead goal, and got it as Jack Quartararo scored on a goal assisted by Matthew Tofte with 1 second left to play in the period.One thing you can say is that Millbrook continued to press and Jack Quartararo scored the final goal for Millbrook as they lost 5-2.It worked to perfection as James Jakuba found Jack Quartararo in the slot to put the tying goal in with 6 seconds left to play in the game.The second period was more of the same with James Jakuba and Jack Quartararo scoring unassisted goals in the second.As the third period began, Jack Quartararo scored on a great goal assisted by Adam Lucas.
