is the proud father of two daughters and three grandchildren.He has served in the Army for 30 years and is currently in the Army National Guard with the rank of Sergeant First Class.Officer Bend began his employment with the Reeves County Detention Center on July 15, 1990.He
was promoted to Correctional Officer II in 1992 and then promoted to Correctional Officer III in 1995. Bend is a member of the Certified Emergency Response Team.
