...Since retiring as president and general counsel of ICI Americas in 1999, J. Kent Riegel has worked to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families, improve public education and support faith-based organizations.He volunteered, raised funds and helped to establish the Delaware CarePlan, an organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and their families by providing life-long planning services, financial security and support for individuals with disabilities.
