Atlanta - August 27, 2013 - Veracity Payment Solutions, a leading privately held merchant acquirer and provider of payment transaction processing services, today announced the appointment of J. Brian Merena as senior vice president of Bank Channel Sales.
Merena will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales and program activities for the financial institutions and new bank services while also integrating the organization's recently acquired mobile marketing solutions into their offering.

During his tenure at BAMS as senior vice president, Merena oversaw all third party strategic partners, including VAR and ISV integration as well as developing and executing the company's product, sales and conversion strategies.
