Michael Goulding, White & Case LLP (US) Mr. Goulding is a senior attorney with the law firm of White & Case LLP, which he joined in July 2001.He practices in the areas of (i) global compensation arrangements, including the securities, tax, employment, and other legal aspects of stock option, stock purchase, restricted stock and other plans that are offered by multi-national companies on a worldwide basis; (ii) cross-border investment products and services; and (iii) ERISA fiduciary litigation. Mr. Goulding has practiced for over twenty years in the states of California and Arizona and in the District of Columbia.Mr. Goulding has also taught courses in executive compensation, tax and business law as an adjunct professor in several post-graduate programs at the Arizona State University College of Law and College of Business and at the Keller Graduate School of Management.Mr. Goulding received his J.D. degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1978, where he was Associate Editor of the Utah Law Review.He received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in 1975 from Brigham Young University.He is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and is a writer and lecturer for the Global Equity Organization and the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.
