Dr. Isaac Gottlieb, Ph.D. Based in New Jersey, Isaac Gottlieb is Director of Instructional Technology, and full-time faculty member of the Management Science and Management Information Systems dep. at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.He earned his Ph.D. and a Master of Philosophy in Industrial and Management Engineering from Columbia university in NYC, NY.He also holds a Master of Science from the Industrial Engineering and Computer Science departments at Columbia.His BS in Computer Science and Business is from NY Institute of Technology.He
