Prior to joining Comerica Bank, Mr. Ashford was a Community Development Officer for Bank One Texas.
He also served as Senior Finance/Policy Project Manager for the City of Dallas Department of Economic Development and Director of Economic Development, for Peoples, Inc. in New York.
A graduate of Oberlin College in Ohio, Mr. Ashford, earned dual master's degrees - one in public affairs from the University of Texas and one in business administration from the University of Dallas.
