Ira received Mediation Certification Training at the Duke University Private Adjudication Center, Durham, North Carolina, and is certified by the Florida Supreme Court to conduct public issue and litigation based mediations.
He also holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida, where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society and served as the Student Body President.From 1987 through 1996 Ira was a member of the technical and management staff of Data Search International Corporation, a small multidivisional company providing high exposure liability defense investigative services, and technology and management consulting to a variety of industries.
During this time he was called upon to direct human resource requirements of a forty employee division, cash flow budgeting, asset allocation, and contract negotiations.
In addition to internal management, Ira consulted on technology and process re-engineering issues both domestically and abroad.
Industries included accounting, legal, manufacturing, oil and gas, distribution, retail and a variety of professional service environments.
During this time, he regularly mediated between end-user clients and their technology companies.
He has also developed software design specifications and overhead reduction strategies.
In 1996 Ira joined Impact Software Production, the developer of ProLaw Software, a practice and case management solution for mid-size to extremely large law firms, corporations, and government agencies.Ira was the Regional Director responsible for managing ongoing client relationships and marketing in the United States and Europe.His responsibilities included complete negotiation of contracts and developing project plans for all major account clients.
While the primary focus of his responsibility was to produce sales volume, Ira distinguished himself as an advocate of the client and a resource to the technical staff.
In an environment where client requirements often conflicted with project implementation needs, it was often necessary to negotiate process changes for clients and technical staff alike.

In 2001 Ira joined Scala Business Solutions, N.V. (Now Epicor Software) as the Sales and Business Development Director for North and South America.Scala was the independent software developer and vendor of the iScala® Collaborative ERP solution.
During the year prior to joining EnableSoft, Ira performed in several consulting projects that included managing a technology vendor transition process for American Standard Companies.
Additionally, he served as the interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a boutique technology company specializing in the municipal and state government sectors.

In addition to his role at Client Profiles, Ira is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County, Circuit Civil and Family Court Mediator - a distinction held by roughly 10% of all Florida certified mediators.
Ira is also one of the first non-attorneys to ever be certified as a Circuit Civil Mediator in the State of Florida.
