as Business Development Director.
will be charged with strategic sales and business development management responsibilities and work closely with the CP
executive team to make final decisions related to sales, training, marketing strategies and pricing.
has over 20 Years of experience in the legal marketplace within a management consultant, business process management and legal technology role.
Prior to joining Client Profiles, Mr. Smith served as Vice President, Sales Americas Region with Epicor/ Scala, a global Enterprise Resource Planning provider and Vice President of Sales and Marketing with EnableSoft, a data management and migration technology company.
During this tenure, he
was able to acquire and apply general industry and market knowledge which would serve him well in future posts.
In addition, Mr. Smith served as Regional Director for ProLaw Software, managing global sales and delivery to strategic markets including consultant managed firms, Am Law 100 law firms, corporate counsel and government agencies.
Beyond his experience within the legal technology market, Mr. Smith is very active within the legal community through his work as a Certified Mediator and Mediation Trainer.
With over seven years of related experience, Mr. Smith
regularly mediates with the Orange County, Florida Dispute Resolution Center
in the 9th Judicial Circuit.
As CPs Business Development Director, Mr. Smith will serve as a strategic and tactical resource to the direct sales organization and marketing team and provide leadership to the companys day-to-day operations.
Based on his
understanding of the legal financial management market, Mr. Smith
will proactively participate in the corporate integration of newly acquired FSLI, Inc and continually identify, target and pursue new client opportunities for case management, time & billing, eRouter, document management, CRM for Legal, and network integration.
