Speaking at an event to mark the launch of the new model, Ibrahim Aybar, the general manager of Renault Mais, said the Latitude is a new and high-end product of the company's alliance with Nissan.
"This model will be offered to customers in more than 50 countries," Aybar said.
The car will have two diesel engine options in Turkey - one 1.5 liters and 110 HP and the other 2.0 liters and 175 HP.
Renault Mais will offer three-year or 120,000-kilometer warranties with the new model.
"This is the product of a completely global production," Aybar said.
"It is a synthesis of the technical accumulation of Nissan and Renault."
Aybar said Turkey has ordered 160 units of the new model and Renault Mais will determine an annual quota in accordance with customer demand.
He added that the company will have the car tested "both by fleet users and opinion makers."
