After attending Tulane University in New Orleans and graduating from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, Mr. Lott started his business career in insurance underwriting, management and sales. Since 1981, he has designed and delivered over 4,000 presentations on topics ranging from interviewing, hiring and firing for "attitude" to documentation and harassment. Hunter was an award winning course leader for the American Management Association.
