Howard Snow is a retired Marine Corps officer with more than 35 years of military, business and Federal Government experience. He is a founding member of TransGen Energy an integrated energy company and a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). He commands a solid understanding of the Federal budget cycle and its impact on building business access strategies to the Federal Government. In the recent past, Mr. Snow has served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Installations, Facilities and Energy. Mr. Snow is currently enrolled in a doctoral program and will conclude his studies this year.He holds a Master of Science in Education and a BA in Business.
