Howard Halverson, President/Owner
Howard graduated from River Falls High School and went on to Vo-Tech in Minneapolis, MN to become an aviation mechanic.
The energy crisis in the mid 1970s meant less available jobs in that field and since he was about to wed his high school sweetheart, Michele, Howard went to work as a laborer for Keller Construction in Hudson, WI.
He quickly progressed to a brick layer and in 1977 was named champion apprentice bricklayer during a state competition in Lake Geneva.
In 1980 he
and Michele launched Halverson Masonry which became Halverson Concrete Construction in 1997.
Currently, Howard oversees our field operations including scheduling of all jobs, as well as being responsible for the overall management of the company.
