Mr. Goldfarb handles a variety of complex business and commercial disputes, including federal and state court litigation, administrative proceedings, and commercial and consumer arbitrations. He represents clients in regulatory enforcement matters involving state and federal agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Mr. Goldfarb regularly advises clients on consumer protection issues, counsels businesses on advertising and marketing compliance with state and federal law, and defends clients against consumer-oriented class actions and false advertising claims involving allegations of unfair and deceptive trade practices. He also represents clients in employment disputes, including litigation and arbitration under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state and federal discrimination laws. Since 2011, Mr. Goldfarb has been recognized each year as a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers. Mr. Goldfarb joined Homer Bonner Jacobs as an associate in 2005 after earning his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law. Between his second and third years of law school, Mr. Goldfarb was a summer law clerk with the firm. In 2002, Mr. Goldfarb earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.
