HOPE OSUEKE - Managing Partner
Mr Hope Osueke is a Chartered Accountant and Legal Practitioner. He trained in Ernst & Young, an international firm of chartered accountants and left the firm as a Manager to join the firm of Babington Ashaye & Co. in 1989. In 1991, he was made a Partner in the firm of Babington Ashaye & Co. He left in 2002 to start the firm of Onyema Osueke & Co.
Mr Hope Osueke also has a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Federal Polytechnic, Owerri and an LLB Degree from the University of Lagos and is a member of the Nigerian Bar. Mr. Osueke is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Mr. Hope Osueke has more than two decades of accountancy practice experience. He was the chairman of the Lagos District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria between 2002 and 2004. He is presently serving in the Research and Technical Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He served on the Technical Committee for the review of the Syllabus of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; he reviewed the syllabus for Principle of Auditing, Assurance, and Taxation. He also served on the Adhoc Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria for the review of the Companies and Allied Matters Act
