Fr Hilary spoke about how about 30 years ago he had a ten-year old David Carabott as part of his group at Centre Sport Edukattiv, the same way that the children were today.
He encouraged kids to be disciplined in all the things they do in life being sport, school and, later on, family and work.
He concluded by saying that by being disciplined they could achieve what David achieved in his soccer career.
Present were also various distinguished guests including YFA President Fr. Hilary Tagliaferro, Senglea Mayor Mr. Casha, Senglea Archpriest Rev. Grech and the presidents and secretaries of all Senglea societies.
