Henry H. Goldberg is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and founder of The Artery Group.
Mr. Goldberg graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 1959.
started a homebuilding company that same year, built his
first apartment complex in 1961 and has built and/or substantially rehabilitated more than 20,000 apartment units over the past 49 years.
is very active in the local community, supporting numerous local interests in addition to many charitable organizations.
He has been a member of the Apartment and Office Building Association (A.O.B.A.) and the Greater Washington Board of Trade and has served on several institutional boards, including the Brookings Council and the Advisory Board of American University.
Mr. Goldberg has also served as a Board Member for Equity Residential from 1995-2002, a Fortune 500 company, and Madison National Bank.
In 1989, Mr. Goldberg received the Distinguished Graduate Award from the University of Maryland Business School and has served on the Board of the University of Maryland Foundation.
