I had travelled a long way for this interview, all the way from Shimla.The interview was on an formal tone, but Dr. Spiro is a wonderful person to talk to and put me at ease soon after beginning.

Dr. Spiro seemed to have done a SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats) analysis of my resume.I was asked to name and explain my SWOTs and what implications would they have and how I was preparing to overcome/tackle/accept them.Dr. Spiro was writing/and making tick-marks on a form all through the interview, a form she had prepared, I understand well in advance for the interview.
After the one hour interview was over, I had the opportunity to ask about Financial issues and about the Career Management Service.Dr. Spiro explained both the issues very well.
