HEATHER MCCUBBIN
Heather McCubbin is a student at Nicholas Sheran Community School who has volunteered her time to help others both in and out of school. This amazing 10-year-old volunteers with special needs students at Nicholas Sheran School during her lunch and recesses. Heather, a grade four student, is also active in the Girl Guides of Canada organization. She is an assistant with Brownies in her role as Baby Owl. As a member of the 15th Lethbridge Guides she has volunteered for various events including assisting with a senior's block party, fundraising, painting fish on storm sewers for the yellow fish road program, telephone book delivery, cookie sales and has served tea and baking for the Guide Tea.
