In particular, Ms. Litzebauer
assisted in the preparation and documentation of the financing, ran simultaneous pricing models with comparative spreads to MMD benchmarks, and orchestrated two open market Treasury purchases, confirming the winning bid interest rates.
As a licensed Municipal Securities Representative, Ms. Litzebauer provides various underwriting services for the firm, including financial modeling and analysis for municipal issuers, while working with the project team to ensure accurate and timely execution of pricing transactions.
