Our senior pastor Haywood Ellis received Biblical training from Aenon Bible college and was ordained by the PAW (Pentecostal Assemblies of the World).
He went on to become the founder and pastor of Cy-Fair Church a non-denominational church based in North West Houston.
Pastor Ellis is a native Michigander.
A teacher and evangelist who was the founder of the Shepherds voice radio program in Michigan and founder of CAYP ministry (Christian Alliance for Young People), a youth outreach ministry.
He served for several years on the YMCA Christian Emphasis Committee board here in Houston Texas.
Pastor Ellis is married to Betty who is originally from Kenya.

Pastor Ellis's late father Robert Haywood
Ellis was a nationally known evangelist, psalmist and classical pianist who traveled throughout the continental United States, Asia and Canada. In his teenage years, Haywood traveled with his father on missions in the United States.
The blessings of God upon this family did not begin with pastor Haywood Ellis, or his father but many years ago with Bishop GT Haywood his great grandfather who was the first presiding bishop of the PAW in 1925.
