Hartwell Harrison Dillard
Mr. Dillard is a project manager for C.T. Purcell, Inc.
He joined the company in September 2005 to manage the daily job site work activities.
works closely with the field crews and supervisors to ensure all facets of the job site activities operate smoothly and all site information is reported to the office.
He also performs the site erosion control inspections, serves as a site safety officer and provides logistical support to the President of the company.
regularly assists with the site preparation duties including utility installation, fine grading and even shovel work which in turn provides the company with additional flexibility by acting as a floating field crew member when necessary.
Mr. Dillard's previous work experience emphasized communication, production and operations.
Mr. Dillard worked for Capital One as a contractor for 1.5 years in the Internal Communications Department where he provided senior level executives with detailed reports from survey data gathered from company associates.
Mr. Dillard has also worked as an Account Executive for a locally owned residential subcontracting company and eventually became the Purchasing Agent and Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
In addition, Mr. Dillard
"hands on" skills when he
became the head operator for one of the only glass beveling machines in the state and revised the production schedule which lead to increased production and sales.
Mr. Dillard is a Richmond native and attended St. Christopher's School for ten years and graduated from Collegiate School in 1994.
He received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1998.
Mr. Dillard has completed the 10-hour OSHA General Industry and Construction Course, is a Responsible Land Disturber Certificate Holder and is certified in CPR/ First Aid.

general mineral miner, lock out/ tag out, VDOT flagging, Laser Awareness and Trench and Excavation Competent Person Training (29 CFR 1926 Subpart P Standard) certifications.
