He has held management positions in the public sector, most recently at the United Nations (UNDP) where he managed the worldwide development (144 countries) and implementation of an integrated payroll and human resource system.Previously, he was a Systems Project Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.He also held management positions in the private sector as Vice President at Bradford Computer Systems (a firm that serviced Chase Manhattan Bank, Bankers Trust, MFS and other banks and mutual fund companies) and as Senior Vice President at Nationar (a firm servicing the thrift industry).As CEO of Preferred Benefits Corporation( a firm that provided automated recordkeeping for retirement plans directly and through "private label" arrangements with Merrill Lynch, Openheimer, CIGNA, and others) he managed the conversion of the existing system to a relational database and increased revenues through new sales channels.He was Senior Vice President of U.S. Pension (formerly known as Dun and Bradstreet Pension Services).Harry also had his own consulting business, implementing financial systems.
