Harry Peckham is the Chief of Staff (CSA) of the Federal Security Agency (FEDSEC), one of North America's leading security, investigation and intelligence agencies, and a global leader in close personal protection.
Mr. Peckham's overall responsibilities as Chief of Staff include all five divisions: Command and Control Center, Office of Special Investigations; Office of Protective Operations, Office of Intelligence and Research and the company's largest unit, the Uniformed Protection Division. Through the Command and Control Center, all aspects of the company are managed including: Policy and Management Group; Legal Services; Recruitment and Retention Center; Training and Education Command; Finance Command; Liaison Office; Joint Operations Support Center; Joint Communications Center; Office of the Ombudsman; and the Office of the Inspector General.
Mr. Peckham also is the Acting Director of the Office of Protective Operations. In this role, Mr. Peckham duties range from site and ops planning, to motorcading and body-guarding. Mr. Peckham has has planned and lead over one hundred protective details for individuals ranging from former U.S. Vice President Al Gore and California Governor Arnold Schwartzenegger, to Hollywood Screen Actor Harrison Ford and Interscope Recording Artist Lady Gaga.
Mr. Peckham has had extensive training on VIP Protection both at the U.S. Training Center (Blackwater) in Moyock, North Carolina, and a derivative course of the RCMP VIP Protection Course.
In addition as part of FEDSEC's Office of Protective Operations, Mr. Peckham is responsible for security planning and field operations for major public events at which FEDSEC's Uniformed Protection Division provides security. Mr. Peckham has directed security for over forty public events ranging from MuchMusic Video Awards and Scotiabank Nuit Blanche, to specific perimeter security responsibilities at the G20 Summit and Toronto International Film Festival events.
Mr. Peckham's also held management positions with: AMC Entertainment Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri, the world's third largest theatre circuit; HMV Music Group in London, England, the world's third largest music retailer; Canada's Wonderland in Toronto, Ontario, the nation's largest theme park; ICM Talent Agency in Beverly Hills, California, the world's largest talent agency; Pinewood Entertainment Group, a New York based entertainment company; and IMG Sports in Cleveland, Ohio, the world's largest sports representation company.
Mr. Peckham graduated with honors from Royal St. George's College in Toronto and then attended Stetson University's College of Arts and Sciences in DeLand, Florida. Mr. Peckham is a member of: the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Foundation; International Association of Chiefs of Police; the Association of Former Intelligence Officers; Association of Threat Assessment Professionals; and National Defense Industrial Association.
Mr. Peckham holds a 'Secret' security clearance.

Mr. Peckham brings significant management experience with entertainment start-up companies, as well as extensive contacts in Hollywood with the film studios, television networks and record labels.
Most recently, Mr. Peckham was President & Chief Operating Officer of PUSH Entertainment Inc., a highly respected entertainment and media company that has created new standards of filmed entertainment through innovative new media technologies. Within twelve months, Mr. Peckham developed a business that is valued at $75 million.
Before joining PUSH, Mr. Peckham was a Talent Agent and Executive Vice President of ICM Talent Agency based in New York. Mr. Peckham was responsible for identifying and negotiating deals for the agency's acting and recording clients, as well as managing a division that provided corporate America with deal structuring, strategic planning, strategic partnerships and content creation in the areas of film, television, music, theme parks, performing arts, the Internet and other entertainment attractions. Head officed in Beverly Hills, ICM is the world's largest literary and talent agency representing actors, musicians, director, writers and producers in motion pictures, television and stage.
Prior thereto, Mr. Peckham was Vice President of Canadian Operations for Kansas City based AMC Entertainment, Inc., the world's second largest movie theatre circuit. Mr. Peckham was responsible for the corporation's strategic entry plan into Canada and managed the entire Canadian operation which launched a 200 screen megaplex theatre circuit that changed the standards of movie-going and entertainment retailing in Canada. Within four years, Mr. Peckham raised one billion dollars in construction financing, project-managed over $500M in property developments, including two downtown urban developments, The Montreal Forum and Metropolis at Yonge/Dundas Square. Mr. Peckham created what is today, the theatre circuit of choice amongst consumers.
Prior to joining AMC, Mr. Peckham was a management executive at the world famous HMV Music and launched an innovative music retailing circuit with over 200 locations that changed the standards of music retail in Canada. Within eighteen months, he built out 40 new stores including three megastores and created Canada's most successful music retailer.
Mr. Peckham was also part of the management team that created Canada's Wonderland and launched the 150 acre theme park with over 200 attractions, 60 rides, a 20 acre water park, and a 6,000 seat concert facility, that changed the standards of amusement attractions in Canada.
Mr. Peckham's also held management positions with Pinewood Entertainment Corporation, a New York based entertainment company; IMG Sports, the world's largest sports marketing company; and Havas/Vickers & Benson Advertising, the world's fourth largest advertising agency.
