It started when the village installed sidewalks on Lockwood Road, removing drainage and ultimately flooding the property of Harry Allen, founder of Great Lakes Power in Mentor and temporary chairman of the Lake County Port Authority.
The village engineer said he
would get it fixed, but weeks went by.Allen
later informed Klco, who also lives on Lockwood Road.
Several councilmen in North Perry had no intention of fixing Mr. Allen's
property. They also have no intention of working with Mayor Klco
to resolve the drainage issue or any other villiage needs.I can not understand why they wouldn't want to fix Mr. Allen's
property in the first place.
