Harold Baron is a Managing Director in Blackstone Advisory Partners LP, based in Atlanta.

sale of a 52% interest in its Business Services division to General Atlantic, Emdeon's
sale of its Practice Services business to Sage
sale to Per-Se Technologies
and simultaneous sale of NDCHealth's
Information Management business to Wolters Kluwer.
Before joining Blackstone in 2004, Mr. Baron was an Analyst and Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston's Investment Banking division, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and leveraged finance in a variety of industries.
Prior to that, he was an Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in its Investment Banking division.
Mr. Baron received a BS in Business with a concentration in Finance from the Kelley School of Business of Indiana University, where he graduated with honors.
