Gwen Garcia is battling a suspension order meant to install the LP-affiliated vice governor who is moreover a sister of Cabinet Secretary Rene Almendras.
"We appeal to the DILG and the LP not to use force and allow Governor Garcia the opportunity to seek legal redress," Tiangco said.
