Obituary Notice - Ernest Guy Amsler, Jr.

Guy was on the Board of the Arkansas Children's Hospital from 1969 until 2001 and was a member of the Board of Goodwill Industries of Arkansas.
He served as President of both organizations. As a lifelong member of Pulaski Heights Presbyterian Church, he taught Sunday School and served as a Deacon and an Elder, along with several committees. He was a member of the Country Club of Little Rock where he was an avid golfer and was active in the "Sunday Golf Group. Guy was an avid Razorback Fan and enjoyed being of part of "The Homecoming Group". He also loved duck hunting at Belcher Lake Farms Duck Club. Guy married Barbara Gene Hencke on June 17, 1951 and was married for 53 years. Guy: Thanks for being such a big part of my life. Guy was such a gentleman and privilege to know. God bless you. Love, Dear Barbara, I was so sorry to learn about Guy. Barbara, For some reason you and Guy were heavy on my mind Christmas morning... now I know why.
