Gregory A. Shulman, LMFT Account Management ExecutiveMr. Shulman joined Cenpatico Behavioral Health, LLC (CBH) in May 2003 as the Executive Director of CBH's National Service Center (NSC) in Austin, Texas.
In this role, he
had responsibility for the center's overall function and management including the Member Services, Utilization Management, Provider Relations, Network Development, Credentialing, Quality Improvement and Reporting.In addition, he
was responsible for the global management, oversight and coordination of all CBH's
Service Center accounts including ensuring consistent quality and service to all CBH clients.In December, 2004, Mr. Shulman moved into the position of Account Management Executive for CBH.
In this role, he
performs duties as chief liaison between CBH
and all Centene health plans to manage a complex assigned book of business for Cenpatico's
services.Prior to joining CBH, Mr. Shulman served for more than four years as the National Director of Account Management and Client Services for Mental Health Network, Inc. where he managed over two million lives nationally.Previously, he was the Regional Account Manager for Comprehensive Behavioral Care, where he had responsibility for the administration of the company's managed Medicaid, SCHIP and SSI populations throughout the state of Texas.Mr. Shulman has more than 18 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare industry.His
expertise spans areas of private practice as a licensed clinician, health psychology, to operational and senior management roles with large behavioral healthcare organizations.Mr. Shulman received his Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Pepperdine University.He
