position there concentrated on contract negotiations and management as well as recruitment, training and supervision of clinical, credentialing and claims department staff.Mr. Shulman was also a senior regional account manager with Comprehensive Behavioral Care in Austin, Texas. While working with CompCare, Mr. Shulman gained valuable experience with and knowledge of Texas HMO health plans and Medicaid programs.He

Education: Mr. Shulman received his M.A. in counseling psychology at Pepperdine University in 1988.He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California in 1986, majoring in psychology.
