Prior to joining our firm, Mr. O'Hara
was with Price Waterhouse in its Valuation Services Group
During his tenure with Price Waterhouse's Valuation Group, he planned, performed and supervised valuation consulting engagements for various purposes in a diverse range of industries.
Preceding his experience with Price Waterhouse, Mr. O'Hara was a senior financial analyst with the Keywell Corporation in Chicago.
Mr. O'Hara is a member of the CFA Institute, the Appraisal Issues Task Force (AITF), the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Turnaround Management Association.
