Greg Racz serves is a Principal of Hutchin Hill and Member of the Management Committee.
Prior to joining Hutchin Hill, Mr. Racz co-founded Octavian Advisors, LP, and served as president, chief operating officer and general counsel.
Before starting Octavian, Mr. Racz was a member of the corporate department of the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

A clerk on the D.C. Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals, Mr. Racz received his JD, Order of the Coif, from the New York University School of Law and his BA, magna cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa, from Dartmouth College.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees & Investment Committee of the NYU School of Law Foundation, and was a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
He is also a member of the Managed Funds Association's Investment Adviser Regulation Subcommittee, and of the Pensions and Investments Research Advisory Panel.
