...Greg PaschallA native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Greg received a BS Degree in Finance and a BS Degree in Operations Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. His
passion for gardening began as a teen working with his
grandmother who was President of the Cincinnati Garden Club
and that led to his
1st job at Natorp Garden Stores at the age of 16.After 2 years working at the garden store, he
brothers started Paschall Bros. Landscaping, eventually growing to employ 18 fellow high school students and providing residential services to high-end estates, builders and large commercial properties.Greg's grandfather, founder of Henn Architects
, was concerned with the landscape company's growth and influenced Greg's need to refocus priorities and pursue college.Greg's part-time landscape involvement financed 4 years of college.Upon graduation, Greg
accepted an accounting position in Houston, Texas with a commercial construction company building shopping centers, high-rise offices, and condos.
Eventually after 2 ½ years, the love of gardening stirred Greg
to start a residential and commercial landscape company based out of the Heights area. The company grew to employ over 93 and became nationally ranked. The company was sold after 7 years. With a non-compete agreement, Greg began a career with a large A/C, plumbing and appliance service company as a Division Manager.
Within 7 years of rapid growth, the company became a "platform" company that went public.During this time, the growth in the environmental movement led Greg
to pursue the development of a liquid waste service company that eventually grew in 7 years to become part of a public company in 2000.The service company had a perfect environmental record and was highlighted on the front cover of two national magazines.Greg
