During his time in Houston he has been actively involved in a variety of boards and civic associations, he also served as finance chairman in a Texas Political Campaign and on the board of the City of Post Oak Association, Texas Children's Hospital Charity Committee, and the Administrative Board of St. Luke's Methodist Church.
