Pulaski Academy is delighted to announce that Gregory F. Griffeth has been named PA's next Head of Upper School, effective July 1, 2015.
Mr. Griffeth's background as an administrator in independent schools is rich and varied; in addition to teaching Biology, he has served as the Dean of Students at Darlington School in Rome, Georgia, the Head of the Upper School at Barstow School in Kansas City, Missouri, and most recently as Head of School at Frederica Academy on St. Simons Island, Georgia.
He has also served on the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Independent School Association (GISA).
A native Georgian, Greg holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Georgia, an M.S. in Biology from Vanderbilt University, and an M.A in Private School Leadership from Columbia University in New York City.
wife, Susan, are the parents of three boys, Larsen (16), Cole (14), and Brolan (10).
The boys will attend PA as a junior, freshman, and fifth grader.
