Our goal was to raise $ 40 from 1,000 people, and the donations have already started coming in, said Class Clown producer Greg Dorchak.
Right now were more than 25% of the way toward the start of production. The company offers a range of incentives in exchange for a donation, from Class Clown bumper stickers and T-shirts to the chance to be listed as a producer of Code Enforcer, or even to appear in the movie. For a donation of $ 100 or more, you can see your name as a producer on a real film, Dorchak said. For a $ 250 contribution, you will be listed as an executive producer. And the three highest donations will score on-camera parts in the movie. Regular updates are posted on the companys website, and on its Facebook page. The Facebook page has been where weve not only made announcements about the movie, the story and the characters, but weve also solicited stories from our fans that relate to what the film is about, Dorchak said.
