CoA Chairman Gracia Pulido-Tan even admitted a clearance was issued on the project which, however, she said it is not final, presumably since the project is yet complete.
Trust the disgraceful CoA chairman to join the Palace act of portraying the Vice President as corrupt, just as she did the three opposition senators, as ordered by Noynoy and his allies.
