Grafoid's technology - developed by the National University of Singapore and Grafoid's President, Chief Technology Officer and Founding Partner, Dr. Gordon Chiu - produces pristine, high-energy density MesoGraf™ functional graphene at significant gross margins.
Grafoid's 50% owned subsidiary, Graphite Zero Pte Ltd.
is a private Singapore-based graphene research, development and manufacturing company, managed by the equity participation of Professor Loh Kian Ping, Dr. Chiu
and Focus Graphite
Graphite Zero has entered into an exclusive agreement with the National University of Singapore to help commercialize graphene products using the patent-pending, simple low-cost process developed by the National University of Singapore's Graphene Research Centre and Grafoid's President, Chief Technology Officer and Founding Partner, Dr. Gordon Chiu.
National University of Singapore's Graphene Research Centre
The National University of Singapore's
world-renowned Graphene Research Centre
was created in 2010 for the conception, characterization, theoretical modeling, and development of transformative technologies based on graphene and is the IP holder of the MesoGraf™ production process.
MesoGraf™ was developed by inventors Dr. Gordon Chiu, President, Chief Technology Officer and Founding Partner of Grafoid, and by Professor Loh Kian Ping of the National University of Singapore's (NUS) Graphene Research Centre.
Research, pilot process and manufacturing are done in partnership with Graphite Zero, the University's first commercial graphene spinout company.
