Mayor Glenn Taylor

An accomplished advocate of partnerships and developing effective working relationships around common interests, Glenn serves as the Vice-President - Towns on the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association where he also chairs their Municipal Governance Policy Committee.
He is the board chair of the Grande Alberta Economic Region, serves on the executive and board of directors for the Foothills Research Institute and Rural Alberta's Development Fund.
Taylor was first elected to Hinton Town Council in 2001 and then elected Mayor of Hinton in 2004 and re-elected in 2007.
