Bottom Renovations, LLC. is managed by
Glenn R. Favre.
Glenn started his career in the construction industry as a child working for his uncles construction company in Southern California.Summers, weekends and some days after school,
Glenn learned what it takes to build not only a home but a quality home.Glenn Realized that not all jobs are less important than the next and every one envolved with building a home is just as important as the next craftsmen and
he takes this idea with him on every project.Because if it were not for the general laborers, the tile setters, the carpenters, nor the finishers could do their job.
Glenn has been in every position on a construction crew, from ditch digger to foreman on one of Ansley Parks finest home restorations to date. "For all of your Honey Do List" small or large.
Glenn's first thought was that
he did not want to work in the construction industry, rather
he wanted to take
his passion for learning and go to cullinary school.
Glenn moved to Las Vegas Nevada where
he learned about what it took to meet and exceed the customers wishes. In Las Vegas Glenn enrolled in the
Community College of Southern Nevada and went through
his internship studing to be a chef.
After two years into
his training,
Glenn found a great liking for the pastry side of cullinary arts and transfered into the pastry shop of The Tropicana Hotel, to study under Chef Lero King CMPC.Under Chef King's supervision
Glenn honed
he skills for quality, percision and style.
Glenn went on to become the youngest Executive American Pasty Chef.At the age of 27 he became the Executive Pastry Chef of the Renaissance Waverly. Many cullinary competions, taking honors and medals, teaching at local and state cullinary schools,
Glenn decided that
he wanted to learn a new carreer and left the hotel industry and returned to home renovations, while
he went to school to become a Pilot.
Glenn started his flight training in June of 2000, after being part of the 1996 Olympic cullinary team of the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead that feed all of the dignitaries, CEO and top executives from IBM, to fullfill a life long child hood dream of becoming a Thunderbird pilot.Graduating in 2007 from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachlors of Science in Professional Aeronautics, Glenn went on to become a Captain flying a cargo aircraft between Canada, Mexico and every place in between in a Falcon 20.The aircraft that
he had flown were the exact ones that
FedEx operated in the 60's, fourty years later. All the while trying to obtain an airline position with
Delta.September 11, 2001 put a real wrench in that career path. After six years of paying
his dues, staying in imporable conditions and flying even worse aircraft, proving that
Glenn has the moral fortitude to stick with it, even when the going got tough and finished the job as called for.
Glenn, left the avaition industry to be near
his family and friends, realizing it is not what you do in life it is how you do it.
He did lose his partner of eight years along the way, not realizing what the consequence would be.
