Glen Smith -- Advisor Dr. Mitch Rothstein Glen SmithGlen completed a BA Honours Psychology, at Carleton University in 1997.Since that time, Glen has gained experience in job and occupational analysis as a member of strategic human resources organizations in Canada and in the United States as a member of the Canadian Forces.He has served on several studies as both an analyst focusing on the occupational structure and health of occupations such as military police, security officers, and pilots and as a exchange project manager responsible for evaluating and recommending changes to training standards for airfield managers, egress system technicians, still photographers and combat camera, as well as aerospace physiology personnel within the United States Air Force.His involvement with the Canadian Forces Experimentation Centre and its current focus on the viability of Uninhabited Aerospace Vehicles (UAVs) as a intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance asset has directed his research interests toward developing a generic model of position and personnel selection requirements to facilitate the introduction of emerging technology into organizations.
