was inspired by old-designed scooters and it took him approximately 5-years to evolve a perfect & trendy model.

sprawling bicycle factory so he
wouldn't have to walk so much.
With this spirit in mind, he
led to the eventual design of a collapsable aircraft grade aluminum scooter.

In 1998, Tsai
too the scooter for the International agreement in Chicago, where it's Running started as never ending run.
Japanese caught its image and recognized the immediate potential of the Razor Scooter & began importing the scooter from US.
In 1999, JD
couldn't keep up with the demand, so 2000 Tsai
factory's output to 1-million units.
