Gerald Lozeau Dr. Gerry Lozeau has over 30 years of public and private academic experience. As the former Associate Director of Readak Educational Services for 29 years, he was actively engaged in providing a specialized reading and study skills program for students in Grades 5-12 in private schools throughout the world. During his tenure at Readak Dr. Lozeau was primarily responsible for hiring, training, and supervising approximately 630 teaching staff. Over 40,000 students participated in the courses he coordinated in client schools. Dr. Lozeau continues to cultivate positive and professional relationships with private school administrators throughout the United States and internationally.

Dr. Lozeau's record of proven performance is characterized by consistency and garnered the respect of colleagues and clients. He is recognized for his dedication to providing the highest level of client satisfaction and for identifying instructional and learning requirements leading to improved curriculum and course materials. Effective teacher training and the ability to communicate effectively with parents and students in client schools have been noted as professional strengths over many years and in many and diverse school communities.
His academic experience includes positions as Assistant Principal, Administrator, and Teacher in Massachusetts and Colorado. A two-year internship with North Central Association of Schools and Colleges; an opportunity to work with student teachers as a Teaching Assistant; and, appointment as a Visiting Lecturer, Division of Graduate and Continuing Education, Fitchburg State College, MA, complemented and enhanced Gerry's educational background and commitment to providing worthwhile student learning experiences.
Dr. Lozeau earned his A.B. from Suffolk University, his M.Ed. from Boston State College, and his Ph.D. in School Administration from the University of Colorado.
Gerry also has an exemplary record of military service and achievement. He achieved promotion to the rank of colonel based on leadership initiative and successful direction of teams and units to accomplish objectives in varied settings, including Germany, Vietnam, and the United States. His current status is Colonel, Medical Service Corps, United States Army Reserve (Ret.).
Gerry's community activities have included membership on the Board of Trustees for Suffolk University and over 30 years as a member of Kiwanis. He is the recipient of the Tablet of Honor from Kiwanis International Foundation. For 30 consecutive years he was the program chairman and master of ceremonies for the end-of-year Kiwanis Student Recognition Program for students at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School, MA.
